The second building is now where Hualien Farmers Market takes place every Saturday. At the market, you can find local organic produce in abundance, and it has been drawing a surprising amount of people who come to understand the health and social benefits of organic produce. Sometimes, the market features special events, including musical performances and cooking demonstrations.
