Qigu Oyster Farm Boat Tour

Visiting Qigu Oyster Farm, tourists can choose the boat tour with a ride on the raft and a captain (also the tour guide) introducing the ecosystem of the lagoon which lies in the border area between the river and the sea. With the geographic conditions, Qigu is suitable for oyster breeding. During the tour, you can see the oyster farms partitioned by styrofoam and bamboo cranes standing in great numbers, as well as the oyster farmers busy shuttling through for harvesting.

Tourists can not only harvest fresh oysters themselves, but also enjoy the oyster BBQ prepared by the captain. The tour raft will be berthed at the border of the lagoon. After going ashore, tourists can walk through a wooden path which passes by a small forest and arrive the beach where they can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
